How does GlassCount support more mindful drinking?

Last updated July 12, 2026

In short

GlassCount lets you log drinks during the evening and keep a self-chosen target visible. A nudge before that target and your history can help you notice decisions and patterns. The app does not measure blood alcohol or impairment and cannot make safety decisions.

Live instead of estimating tomorrow

Log a drink in a few taps so the information is available during the evening. A personal target is a behavior goal, not a medically safe amount.

See patterns across evenings

History can help compare situations and ask useful questions about timing, pace and which plans worked. It does not provide a diagnosis.

Clear limits

GlassCount cannot know blood alcohol or individual factors well enough to determine impairment. Never use it to judge fitness to drive or make any safety-related decision. When in doubt, do not drive.

When to seek support: If drinking feels hard to control, affects your daily life, or you drink to cope with anxiety or low mood, talk to your doctor or a local alcohol support service. Advice there is confidential — and reaching out early is a strength, not a failure.
